Denis is a great Physio.

I went to see Denis to help prepare for a half marathon, he really quickly and accurately identified what exercises could help strengthen a few areas to help me improve and explained everything comprehensively and clearly. He tells you exactly what you need to know, doesn't waste your time and is friendly and professional! Would highly recommend.

Denis is genuinely the best physio I've ever been to - he is incredibly knowledgeable about every problem you might come to him with, and his treatments are practical and effective. As a runner who has struggled sticking with physio-prescribed routines in the past, I couldn't recommend him highly enough. 10/10.

Had a knee injury. Went to a different physio before and spent a fortune (£120/20mins) - made absolutely no progress. Went to see Denis who quickly diagnosed the issue and started the treatment. Made a very quick recovery, what can I say - highly recommended!

Following an assessment by Dennis,I was prescribed an exercise programme and I'm pleased to say im back on the water !

I can’t recommend Denis enough. I had high hamstring tendonopathy and various other muscular injuries. In just a few weeks of treatment and following his stretching and exercise plans I went from not being able to sleep from the pain to back sprinting and running half marathons.
