I started going to Reform Pilates in January because my shoulder was in a mess as a result of lousy posture and bad laptop computer habits.
I can now say that after 6 months my shoulder along with posture is 110% better all round and the process of getting to this point has been a lot of fun with the help of the excellent Reform Pilates instructors I have had. ( A call out to Gina and now Libby).
So if you are thinking about taking up reform pilates I can't think of a better place to choose to do it than at Reform.

Went to Reform with a knee injury from running. Libby was brilliant- she sorted me with a programme, tissue massage and dry needling over a couple of months and now I’m back up and running again!
She was kind, understanding and pragmatic about what I could manage but also encouraging about pushing forward and making progress with my recovery. I highly recommend Reform with its lovely team and option to do reformer Pilates as a form of ongoing Physio.

I have been suffering from Sciatica for 4 months, with regular visits to the NHS physiotherapist but despite being given a stretching programme my symptoms were not improving. So i was recommended Reform Physio, very easy to sign up for a free diagnostics over the phone before my first visit to Libby 3 days later in a very clean and relaxing environment, with very friendly staff. After the first session of dry-needling and massage my referred leg pain was much relieved. Libby prescribed me a simple routine of stretches that were manageable and effective as well as being very clear about what activities were good and just as importantly what i shouldn't be doing. Libby was able to explain the physiology for me in layman's terms. I went back for 3 more sessions and in the space of a couple of months the severity of my pain is decreased as well as the frequency of the flare-ups, so I am heading in the right direction.
I would definitely, definitely recommend Reform Physiotherapy & Pilates to everyone and anyone!
And a big thank you to Libby!

Visited for the first time to fix a chronic problem with my leg, knee and back: cramping, stiffness and nerve tenderness. Received a full assessment from Libby and was fixed in four sessions plus some self-care at home. Overall, a friendly, professional and thorough service, so would recommend.

Nick, Gina and Libby at Reform Pilates have been instrumental to my recovery from a major lower back crisis that saw me barely able to walk and off work for 8 months.
Their kindness, patience, experience and technical expertise calmed my panics and gave me lots of assurance. I had a very thorough initial consultation that considered my MRI scan and symptoms in detail. Since then they’ve never doubted that I *would* get better and have provided extra encouragement, support and assurance whenever I’ve had set-backs.
My once a week one-to-one sessions and the daily exercise programme that they set me to follow at home have undoubtedly been the biggest single factor in my gradual recovery.
I’m now back at work, (part-time for the moment), and coping with activities such as long train trips and presenting for 3 hours at a time, that nine months ago I thought would never again be possible.
I continue to improve, and we are now moving on to fixing other stuff, such as my balance and coordination. I’m convinced that this is preparing me well for other challenges that heading beyond 60 brings.
The studio is spotlessly clean and has an extensive array of equipment, the likes of which I never knew existed. The front desk team are very helpful and supportive and have often really cheered me up when I was feeling somewhat gloomy.
Very many thanks to the whole team.

Went to Reform with an abdominal strain that was not getting better on its own, and was preventing me from running and playing football and even hurt when I walked. At each session Phil gave me a set of a few exercises that targeted the muscles that needed to be strengthened, and were also tailored towards the type of exercises that I enjoy doing. He was very supportive and encouraging, and was genuinely pleased as my injury improved. My improvement with the physio has been pretty rapid; after a handful of sessions, I am feeling a lot better, am no longer in pain, and am now back playing football and running.

Libby was incredibly supportive and encouraging while making sure I felt comfortable with any new exercises / plans. I felt at ease throughout all the sessions and am grateful Libby pushed me more as I recovered. Thank you!

Had a great sports massage with Victoria to ease some muscle soreness from running training. Victoria was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and I have booked in for a physio assessment with her to help with my achilles/calf problem. Would recommend Reform Physiotherapy.
