Kathryn is very knowledgeable about women’s health and I’m glad I booked to see her after my recent endometriosis excision surgery. I wanted to ensure my recovery was as smooth as possible.

We worked together on a suitable treatment plan and Kathryn really listened to my needs and concerns to ensure the treatment plan was right for me.

I’d highly recommend Kathryn for any woman looking to take charge of her health after major surgery. Kathryn is friendly, caring and takes a real interest in your recovery.

Kathryn was recommended to me by a friend after months of pelvic floor issues which was having a severe impact on my life. In just under a year not only do I feel a distinct improvement I also feel more confident and knowledgeable about my body. We have covered a lot of ground in this time and whilst I still have work to do I now have the tools to do it.
Kathryn is patient and kind, very calming and totally put me at ease from day 1. I will definitely go back to see her if I need to.

Kathryn is a highly skilled practitioner who is able to make you feel comfortable from the first session. The exercises were tailored to achieve my aim and she was able to give advice on how to make it possible adapting them to my situation and way of life. I cannot recommend her high enough. I’ve a better knowledge and awareness of my own body thanks to her.

Kathryn created a very safe space in which I felt totally comfortable sharing my tricky relationship with food & medical history. She is warm, non judgmental & passionate about women’s health. Highly knowledgeable & professional I am so grateful for her guidance & help & would not hesitate to recommend her services.

Kathryn is an outstanding physio who deserves 10*s! I would recommend her to anyone having problems in pregnancy or postpartum. Her Mummy MOT is a MUST for all new mums.

Kathryn is knowledgeable, experienced and supportive, and the women of Cambridge are so lucky to have her. I first saw Kathryn 4.5 years ago for PGP and hip pain in my first pregnancy (which she fixed in my first session). She helped me with pelvic floor dysfunction after delivery, then kept me as comfortable as possible during my second pregnancy (with diastasis and my huge baby!) Most recently, Kathryn's supported me with recovery and rehab post c-section, including scar massage.

Kathryn creates a calm, supportive space, and goes over and above to create personalised programmes, recommend products and guide on nutrition. She also has a wide network of other health professionals she knows in Cambridge if she thinks you would benefit from other support.

Above all, Kathryn is totally understanding of how hectic mum-life can be. She only ever sets goals and exercises that are achievable whilst looking after small humans. Kathryn sets you up to achieve.

Thank you Kathryn, for setting me on my path to body awareness, strength and confidence again!

I saw Kathryn for a Mummy MOT after continuing to suffer pelvic floor issues 2 years post birth. She was fantastic at tailoring the exercises to my exact needs and desire to want to start running again. Each appointment was detailed and she explained things in such a way that made me truly understand how and why our bodies do what they do, and how to build strength back. Would highly recommend!

It's hard to fully express my gratitude to Kathryn in such a short space as her contribution to my healing post-partum has been incredible. I first visited Kathryn after discovering pelvic floor dysfunction several months after giving birth. I was distraught, confused and
completely disconnected from my body. Kathryn's empathy and reassurance was an immediate tonic, and over the ensuing months her expertise in women's health gave me direction and purpose. Furthermore, Kathryn's experience enabled her to recommend to me other treatment, which has been fundamental in my return to health - without that, I would still be feeling a shadow of myself. I still have work to do in restoring my pelvic floor, but most importantly I am stronger mentally and more knowledgeable about myself, and what triggers my symptoms, making my condition manageable and an awesome, new normal for me. I am the fittest I have ever been and love and accept my body in a way I haven't done before. I love seeing Kathryn, our chats and the work we do on healing and repairing my mind and body. I cannot recommend her enough and will always credit her as a huge role in my journey back to myself. Thank you, Kathryn!

I was in pain for the best part of a year despite visits to private and NHS physiotherapists and following all their advice - I am wish I'd found Kathryn sooner as I felt about 90% better within 4 weeks of following the program of stretches and exercises she gave me! I also had such a better understanding of what was actually going on and why which for me is really important, the psychological impact of not knowing why I was hurting or what to do about it was as bad as the pain itself so it's really great that Kathryn addresses this.
