I can’t recommend Josefine highly enough. She has worked on my wrist until it is almost at pre accident mobility. She has great patience, knowledge and a cheerful disposition. I highly recommend.

Highly Recommend visiting for getting your body/injuries back on track. I have been seeing Jemma, a physiotherapist for treating sciatic nerve I managed to get from sitting down too much at a computer. Jemma was amazing, from the first meeting, I knew I had someone who understood the injury/ailment and explained to me what it was, how I got it and importantly, how she was going to treat it, to get me back to normality. You know what, Jemma, was absolutely right, the treatments she gave me, the exercises and stretches via the app she had me doing and importantly, giving me her email to contact her at any stage, if I had any issues, in between appointments.
I highly recommend seeing Jemma and the staff at Physio Edge in Chiswick, they are world class and caring and are there to help us in our recovery. I have previously seen Josefine, who is equally as good a physio.

Very friendly and we can have a laugh. I've had two sessions and been given a set of daily exercises. I've seen a huge improvement within a week and I've had a good night's sleep for the first time in a long while
