Located twenty meters from the 02 Centre on Finchley Road in the lower floor of a popular health shop, Physiotherapy Northwest is a wellbeing gem. Victor their lead practitioner was recommended by two personal trainers at Virgin Active Swiss Cottage. Victor's methods are grounded the Muscle Activation Technique (MAT) which has a sizable following and track record with professional athletes and the fitness community. Unlike my previous experience with other physiotherapists that felt mechanical, generic overemphasising spinal manipulation, the session with Victor was dynamic, personalised and educational. Victor and Gloria are also friendly, upbeat and passionate about what they do. Highly recommended.
