Chris is a fantastic Physio. He takes the time to listen and fully understand what the issue is before providing any treatment. He will explain what he is doing and why he is doing it so that you can understand what is going on. He will talk you though any after care and exercises that might be needed between sessions and is flexible in terms of appointments. Chris will treat you at home and is currently using full PPE and cleaning routine. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for treatment.

I have seen Chris several times for a wrist injury and he is an exceptional physio. He is very knowledgeable and not only diagnosed an injury I didn't know I had, but has helped me overcome the physical restrictions of having had major surgery. I have made so much progress both physically and mentally and this is purely down to Chris and his expertise. He is personable, friendly and so easy to get along with. I have a lot to thank him for and would thoroughly recommend his services!

Chris has a wonderful way of not only applying the techniques to relieve pain and get you back on your feet but actually understanding what needs you have. It’s clear every person is different and have different issues. I had two issues and Chris (in his own time) researched a secondary issue I am experiencing and gave an opinion on it that up to now I haven’t heard shedding some light in the most easy to understand way. He is someone I would always go to first in the future as he clearly knows what he is doing and is extremely passionate about getting people moving again. Can’t recommend him enough. Thank you so much Chris.

Wonderful service. Suffered an injury due to running and Chris didn’t rush to diagnose without carrying all the relevant checks. Once diagnosed, he provided me with thorough rehab information and I was on my way to recovery. All within the comfort of my own home too ! I would highly recommend.

Seeing Chris once a week has really helped me along the road of recovery from a torn achillies quicker than how I was progressing on the NHS. Chris makes you feel comfortable, is clear and precise with his treatment, coupled with ideas how to improve and progress your recovery.

I've had the pleasure of physio with Chris on a number of occasions, most recently with a damaged ankle ligament. Chris's knowledge is second to none and he was able to make a diagnosis, where others had struggled.
His friendly, professional approach meant each visit was an enjoyable experience, where he would talk through what treatment he would provide and talk through a plan of what i would need to do between sessions. Fantastically skilled Physio, and had me back running sooner than I expected. Would recommend to anyone.

Chris is great at what he does. Suffering with a back issue, Chris has offered fabulous advice that is easy to follow and continue at home. He puts me at ease during our sessions and its great to see such improvements. Friendly, approachable and all round a great physio. Highly recommend.

I have had a back injury for nearly 7 years with a condition called spondylolisthesis and it has affected each day with pain and discomfort, lack of sleep and a multitude of pain killers most days. I have had a number of injections which help but only last a few months.

I went to see Chris who explained what the condition is and how he could help, and help he did. Just by understanding what was going on and Chris encouraging me to tilt my pelvis in a different way has helped so much. Chris gave me some stability and mobility exercise to do daily which has been and it sounds dramatic life changing. My back has never felt so good in nearly 7 years. So thank you Chris!

The important thing I would say is do what Chris tells you and find time to do the exercises or you won’t improve. A great knowledgeable physio who I would highly recommend.
