Blue Heart Clinics (Formerly Physio Assured)

I used the services of physio assured after a car accident in 2014. Dell put me at ease, and booked me in for 6 home visits.
He managed to help my neck and back pain within the 6 treatments. He showed me techniques to help at home and gave me a treatment plan.
I would thoroughly recommend Physio Assured to anyone.

Highly recommended. Del is very perfesional, friendly, engaging, and informative. I haven't used a physiotherapist before and Del explained everything to me, he has a very calm and relaxed manner. I suffer from neck and shoulder pain for years and even on the 1st session I felt I had improved.

I would give 6 stars. What can i say. Over the years i have used many physios.
In short:-
Physio Assured - was simply excellent. Very knowledgeable, experienced, very professional, reliable & honest.

He worked on my neck and was able to identify another area that i had an issue with but had not mentioned. He provided long term pratical self training to resolve the issues. Reducing the need for physio.
Now he treats my wife and mum. He provides a honest service. Treating when required and not for the sake of it. Providing results.

Excellent service and value for money. Very prompt and professional. I called and made appointment with ease. Had terrible pains in upper back and neck. After just one session felt relaxed and pain eased. Very next day felt back to my normal self. Would highly recommend physio assured will definitely be going back. Thanks guys.

Dell enabled me to run a marathon after injuring my right hip within two months of seeing him. Thanks to Dell, I managed to raise over 5k for specialist treatment for a family member.

Cannot praise Dell and the team highly enough. I joined being VERY anxious and let down by so many providers. Dell was amazing! On the first visit I was completely put at ease and it was so so lovely to speak to someone who appreciated how I was feeling. I cannot begin to explain how much I felt at ease with Dell and how amazing he was.
I’m convinced he has magic hands! I would recommend Dell to absolutely anyone needing any physio help. He has even provided me with extra guidance which has been invaluable

I have been going to Blue Heart Clinics for 2 years now and my partner longer than me! Our physio Dell looks after any of our acute or chronic areas of pain; is always punctual, pleasant to talk to and doesn't ever disapoint! We look forward to our sessions every time!

Had my first physio appointment today. Dell was very friendly and welcoming. He diagnosed me very quickly and when explaining, made everything very simple. I have been given my stretches and strengthening exercises. Very good experience.
