Huge thank you to Jonny for helping me understand what’s causing my hip and back pain. I’ve been given strength exercises which I feel are starting to make a difference now and I know I can go back for any further massage if I need to.
The whole team have been really friendly, professional and helpful and I would recommend using Paul Gough Physio if your having any issues.

Following my initial diagnosis and assessment, I received a set of excersises to do at home. I had 3 subsequent visits and received a knee massage for around 10 minutes.

I received a number of Physiotherapy sessions for a painful left knee. I am delighted with the results. The Physiotherapist, Jonny is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him and the team at Paul Gough Physiorooms. Also, Paul’s book “The Healthy Habit” offers great practical advice. Overall, an excellent service.

I have been very happy with the service I have received here. The reception staff are very friendly, understanding and efficient. The therapist, Jonny, went above and beyond to educate himself about my specific chronic medical condition which was causing my problems. I felt that he really listened to my concerns and I am finding that the treatment is really helping. He is patient and understanding and always checks that I am comfortable during the treatment. I have attended Paul Gogh Physio off and on over a period of approximately 4 years. I have found all of their staff to be highly knowledgeable & professionally trained. They were a life line when I had complex foot, ankle and knee problems. Unfortunately, I got little joy from the NHS physio service. Jordan & Jonny reassured me my problems were fixable. I was so worried about not being able to walk & potentially becoming physically disabled. Private physio may seem expensive & a luxury for some, but I believe the payment was worth the investment for my long term health. I can not say my problems are cured but I can manage them better because of Paul Gogh Physio Team input.

Friendly welcome and excellent treatment but the whole area could do with a good clean especially the entrance and waiting area. Also there is a damp issue in the treatment room which needs sorting. Can't fault the treatments though.

Amazing experience. My first appointment today and will definitely return. The staff are all so friendly and it's such a relaxing atmosphere!
