I have been really impressed with Mike Aunger who has been treating a major knee issue I have. Mike has a very relaxed, pragmatic and down to earth style, combined with a deep knowledge of his trade and a high level of empathy. In dealing with my problem he has prescribed a holistic approach combining mobility treatment , exercize and subtle lifestyle changes that have made a significant impact and given me confidence in my ability to manage the problem. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I went to Technique Physiotherapy and met Mike Aunger 9 weeks out from a marathon, with an Achilles tendinitis issue where I couldn't run 5km without pain. He worked away at the issue, shared his wealth of knowledge with me, recommended training quantities each week and adapting these to the progress of my ankle, and gave me a lot of confidence building back in to training. The result - I ran 2.55, a massive improvement to my PB, when only 7 weeks earlier, I doubted whether I would be able to run. Very highly recommended.
