Excellent Physiotherapy to help free the tightened muscles in my LH leg emanating from lumber region being twisted. Also the weekly Pilates class is very well run and helps relieve my aged limbs.

I saw Julie Millar for a long term knee injury and she was amazing! She really listened to my issues and was thorough in her assessment. I felt in safe hands and that she genuinely wanted to get to the root of the problem and solve it. I saw her over 3 sessions where she checked me for postpartum, checked my running composure, used dry needling, soft tissue massage and gave me great instruction on exercises.
