Both Natasha and James are brilliant practitioners who I would highly recommend. Natasha‘s sport massages on my shoulder has really improved my mobility and relevived the pain and tension. She really took the time to understand my issue and is hands down the best sports therapist I’ve ever had! (Which is why I keep going back!)
James also has helped with my postpartum recovery and again really took the time to understand my problem and worked wonders to get me back to normal and training. Highly recommend them both! Thank you!

Between James, Natasha and Trevor any new or old injuries and/or niggles are treated swiftly with expert attention.
The team genuinely care about helping to fix you rather than just taking your money. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough and would only turn to them should you need any of the services they offer

I have had few appointment with Natasha and without a doubt I can say she is the best massage therapist I have ever had. She is also very friendly and helpful and after every session she gives me tips for improving my posture and release tension on my shoulders and back. I will definitely recommend Natasha to anyone who want to have a very good sport massage.

I have had two appointment with Natasha and she is my first and the best massage therapist I have ever had. Her hands are made of gold. She gives me some tips to release my desk based pain. She’s very friendly and she makes me feel so comfortable and safe in her hands. I will definitely recommend Natasha to anyone who want to have a very good massage.

I've been seeing Natasha for 2 months now to help me in my recovery from a hamstring tear. A combination of massage, strength/gym work, accupuncture and a stretching programme has got me feeling faster and stronger than before the injury.

As well as seeing Natasha at the clinic (which is following all of the guidelines and feels very safe), she has also provided me with a home excercise programme which has been simple to follow.

I haven't worked directly with James but he's been really helpful in giving advice in passing and has passed on tips to Natasha for me to follow. As well as this they're always able to have a good laugh whilst being completely professional.

Thanks for all your hard work in a difficult time!

I cannot put into words how amazing Tash and this clinic are. After 15 years of neck and shoulder issues and countless massage therapists, Tash was able to fix my problems in just a couple of months of massages. She really is the best in the business and that is no exaggeration.

I went to see Tash for a hip problem which had been bothering me for months. She listened to my symptoms and examined me and seemed to know exactly what the problem was. Tash gave a massage to help loosen things up and gave me some exercises to take home. Really knowledgable, friendly and understanding. I’ll definitely be go sooner if develop any similar problems in future

Went to James for neck pain. Was worried that I'd just be given some exercises to do at home. He took time to listen to all the issues, even ones not related to my neck. And massaged/palpated the areas to loosen up. Felt much better straight away. Then he gave me the exercises to do at home. Would highly recommend from my experience.
