Having struggled with debilitating neck pain for the past few weeks I decided to get in touch with Harris Physiotherapy.

Liona (the owner) was quick to identify the underlying problem and treated the issue within two weekly sessions. As homework I was provided a series of simple, yet effective exercises to perform in my own time or at work - which have worked wonders! These have helped increase my range of motion and should prevent similar issues occurring in future.

Overall I’ve been very impressed! The friendly, knowledgeable service and advice received has been invaluable. Thank you!
