I did physiotherapy with KT in the Canary Wharf TS for roughly 5 months and it made a huge impact in my health. KT's methods were really helpful and I'll continue to use them for years to come.

I had a slip disk and it's almost completely gone now - very happy with the service.

KT, the fantastic physiotherapist has really helped me with my foot pain issues. She's a good listener and very skilled at figuring out what the problem is and how to help. I always feel like she listens to my concerns and comes up with solutions. The exercises she has given me have helped me to return to an active lifestyle of being able to walk hours without pain.

Compared to other place in the wharf area, I found the facilities at Third Space to be superior. The physio office is of a good size so you and your therapist can move around comfortable. The restrooms, changing facilities and waiting areas are all extremely pleasant.

Excellent Physio therapy experience with KT at Third space, Canary Wharf during my broken hip and post surgery rehab.
She is extremely professional, tailoring sessions to my specific wants and needs.
I found KT to be very knowledgable and dedicated. We formed a good understanding of my objectives from the very beginning which made the sessions flow seamlessly.
I would highly recommend KT.

Highly recommend therapist KT. She's knowledgeable, enthusiastic, non-judgmental, and very accommodating. In comparison to my other physio experiences (not at Third Space), it is extremely personalized to me as an individual and I feel highly supported on my healing journey!

I would highly recommend KT and Third Space Canary Wharf Medical if you're struggling with an injury and want the best and quickest recovery. There is no better physiotherapist or facilities out there.

I was having lower back and hip pain, and KT immediately diagnosed and treated me for relief.
She then gave me a core programme to do which was great, and with the plan she laid out I recovered much quicker than I thought I would.
Once I was ready she guided me back into strength training which was really helpful, and we got to do this in the amazing Third Space gym. This gave me reassurance I could return to my routine safely and highlighted weaknesses in technique I had.
She responded in person and rapidly via email to any concerns I had during the process.
KT was very encouraging and proffesional throughout the process, and you can see she wants to make a difference.

I was treated for my ankle injury by KT at Canary Wharf Third Space. I am very active and fairly sporty and the ankle injury had not only inhibited my ability to do gym classes everyday, it was also weighing on me mentally. KT was absolutely brilliant in assessing the injury and in her rehab therapy with me, always keeping in mind to allow me to continue doing sports but also increasing strength training and specific mobility training so that I get better quickly and don't injure myself in the future. She also referred me to Dr. Brinda Christopher (sports and exercise medicine consultant) who was able to show me exactly what was wrong with my ankle (fluid accummulation) and what I can do to prevent it in the future including changes to my diet (increasing protein intake and by how much). Through both of them I learnt immensely about how our body and joints work which meant that even after I recovered from my injury, I have continued with strength training and my new diet to become a stronger and fitter person.

I’ve had a few sessions with Sophie to help with my patella tendon tendinosis. She is very knowledgeable, she run me through some thorough physical sessions. I was impressed with how willing she was to answer all the questions I had after my sessions, always replying promptly and helping me through the process. I didn’t think I’d be able to heal my tendinosis but, with her guidance, I’ve managed to recover.
