Absolutely brilliant in every way! The Pilates classes are small, friendly, tailored to need, with help always on hand, and great fun. The physiotherapy treatment is excellent, and I can definitely vouch for being kept both mobile and sane by Rachel. She is professional, listens and is empathetic to you, and the medical problem(s) that you face. Indeed, all the people who work at Recoop Health that I have met, have been caring, knowledgeable in their field, and professional.

I cannot praise Rachel and Recoop Health enough. I initially visited Rachel for physio after she was recommended to me by a friend.
Rachel helped with treatment and rehabilitation exercises, which really helped me manage the condition. Since then I have done physio led Pilates classes at Recoop Health. Doing group classes where the instructor knows the clients specific needs is so reassuring and definitely builds confidence during exercise.

I started using recoop health after the physio I was using failed to diagnose and treat my back issues correctly after numerous appointments and great cost. After just 1 appointment at Recoop it was clear to me they would get my back sorted and me back in the gym pretty quickly. And so it has proved. I can highly recommend ReCoop as they are very professional and knowledgeable in what they do and have very reasonable appointment charges.

I have been attending Recoop health for physio for the last 9 years. I have a number of chronic conditions and without attending my regular physio sessions I would not be able to get around and carry on with normal life at all. I have no hesitation in recommending Recoop health to others.
