Visited Tom at Wholelife Physio in Yoga Place near Bethnal Green a couple weeks ago for back pain. Tom was really knowledgeable and quickly identified the issue and prescribed some stretches/exercises. Within a week of doing the exercises the pain had reduced almost to nothing. Had two appointments in total. Would highly recommend this place.

It's difficult to explain the difference these guys made to my well being in such a short space off time. I found my self in the unfortunate position of sustaining multiple injuries in pretty much one go. Having a physical job along side intense sporting activities. Sitting around in pain wasn't much fun. After getting some needles and thumbs and elbows dug in to my body alongside a recovery plan, i was back to my old self in no time. Cheers!

I had a back injury and was in a lot of pain. The physio therapist didn't even touch my back to evaluate how bad it was, only talked about exercises I could have found in the internet and even explained I should relax by watching movies. For a 55 pound payment I was expecting a deep tissue massage to come along with it.
