I've been using physio health for the last few months in relation to issues I have with my back and my knee. Peter was fantastic with me from the start very start of my treatment plan where he assessed the damage to both areas and set out a clear action plan for exercises for me to do at home. Throughout the last few months my sessions have been on a regular basis and each session has seen me improve under the guidance of Peter. Possessing a professional yet amiable persona, I couldn't recommend Peter enough and I would be more than happy to go back to physio-health for treatment in the future.

I took four session here and, unfortunately never got an opportunity to see through my half an hour slot. The first session was - 15 mins 2nd session - 5 mins 3rd session- 5 mins did not even bother touching my muscles (tennis elbow) 4th session - 5 mins (same as 3rd session)
At this point I felt, he was not being professional for not seeing through the whole session. I did not recover at all from my tennis elbow. Anything I was in more pain, decided to change the Physio and I happy with my decision.

Really happy I chose to use Physio Health, Peter was very helpful in aiding me to understand the issue with my hips and provided me with exercises to manage the problem when it flares up. Highly recommended. Thank you Peter.
