Damien helped me to a great recovery from a massive rotator cuff repair after a rugby injury. The care given was great and Damien is a good motivator. Damien used to work at Bath Rugby and his professionalism from working in such a demanding environment shows very clearly. Very glad I was referred to Physica Health.

I simply can't say enough wonderful things about Vanesha. I've been to several Phsyiotherapists over the years and can honestly say 'hand on heart', in my opinion she is THE BEST there is. Not only is she fantastic at her job but is the most positive, life affirming professional. Whenever I leave a session I feel stronger (physically and mentally) and happier. She's utterly brilliant at her job and sets realistic and achievable goals and plans. I have complete faith in her and consider her to be one of the best medical professionals I have met. Vanesha knows her subject matter inside and out and has helped me enormously with my challenges and I trust her knowledge, advice and direction 100%. Thank you Vanesha. Damien came recommended by name to me by my knee consultant and I now completely understand why as he really is fantastic and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I saw Damien both pre and post knee operation and he was so knowledgeable and supportive from Day 1. He helped me understand the diagnosis from my scans, manage my symptoms and build up my strength prior to operation.

I then don’t think my recovery post operation would have been anywhere near as successful without Damien - at every stage of recovery, his treatment, advice and support had me pushing myself to get back to my normal level of activity and then subsequently to get back to competitive sport as quickly as possible/realistic.

Damien is so personable and made me feel like nothing was too much of a problem and that I really mattered to him as a client and that he genuinely cared about my recovery, which was really appreciated and is not something I’d experienced with other physios that I’d seen in the past.

I honestly don’t know how I’d have got through it all without him and I am so grateful for all of his support! I would highly highly recommend Damien to anyone needing physio treatment! Thank you so much Damien for everything!

I will be forever thankful to both Damien and Vanesha for all of the help they have given me following a serious ankle injury.
I visited Damien 2 weeks post operation and from that point on have never looked back!
Between them both they are incredibly knowledgeable in so many different areas resulting in me receiving the best treatment, exercises and recovery plans, but most of all they really have a true understanding and compassion as to how difficult things can be at times while you are recovering. Plans were tailored to my needs, capabilities and i was pushed at the right pace at exactly the right time.
I have no doubt i would not be as far progressed today without Physica Health.
I continue to visit the clinic for maintenance on my ankle injury and always look forward to the warm welcome from the team.
I cannot recommend them highly enough... If there were more than 5 stars they would get them!

Damien is a fantastic physio, he helped me following a shoulder stabilisation surgery and thanks to his great understanding I have continued to strengthen week by week. I highly recommend!

Pilates for me, has been a life changer, without regular classes I have chronic back pain. Vanesha and Physica were so kind, inviting me to online classes which were a real lifeline. I looked forward to the class every week and would thoroughly recommend anyone, who like me, was a doubter, to join a class, and feel alive again.

Vanesha has been a excellent therapist. She is incredibly knowledgeable helping with my complex arm issues, and with back pain. I would highly recommend this practice.
