Laura has been to treat our Sports Pony Stallion Delaroche Black Gold (Bilbo) twice now. Her first visit was an in-depth evaluation of him which was extremely thorough & she identified areas that Bilbo required treatment. I was very impressed with her techniques & have never seen Bilbo relax that much before!! She gave us stretches to do & came back 6 weeks later to re evaluate him. The difference in him has been so noticeable & his rider has nothing but positive comments on his freedom in movement following his treatment. Laura is now an invaluable part of our team that will keep Bilbo fit & able to perform both his stud duties & competition career progression. Cannot recommend Laura highly enough.

Our Spanish rescue dog, Lucky, suffers from a parasitic disease acquired in Spain before she came here. It has left her with arthritis which was so bad that, until about 9 months ago she was being taken out in a buggy. She was then referred to a specialist and treated with steroids, which improved her mobility but generated significant weight gain. Over time her mobility decreased. We were referred to Laura at Apollo to improve her mobility.
Lucky has had three sessions and we cannot praise Laura too highly. She is extremely committed and has an engaging manner with ourselves, Lucky and our other two dogs who attend the sessions. Laura has completed an effective diagnosis, analysis and action plan which she communicates in effective and plain language and which help commit us to her aims. Lucky had experienced considerable cruelty and neglect in Spain but Laura is able to win her confidence and to gain her cooperation in hydrotherapy, despite her fear of water.
We have been very impressed by Laura’s intervention. Her advice on dietary control has already led to a 150 gm weight loss and we are filled with hope and enthusiasm for the programme Laura has devised.

Our almost 15 year old Jack Russell has a nerve weakness in her rear legs. Today was our second session. We had so many questions that were dealt with patiently and expertly. Laura obviously loves animals and is very able

Laura is exceptional. Not only does she have an instinctive way with animals, her knowledge is vast. Sadie has had arthritis for most of her life and recently tore her cruciate ligament, so surgery loomed. Four sessions in and she's a different dog! She's not keen on water so the fact that Laura can get her to walk on a treadmill in a water tank is a small miracle in itself. Once she's also been lasered and massaged after her hydrotherapy, she has a real spring in her step. Lots of people have commented on the difference in Sadie – she seems much happier, in less pain and more mobile. Big licks from Sadie and thanks from us! Highly recommended (but not so much that we can't get an appointment, obvs).

Our little Yorkshire Terrier, Luna, is being treated by Laura following diagnosis for bilateral hip dysplasia and ahead of Femoral Head & Neck Excision surgery in a couple of months. Both Hydrotherapy and Physio sessions combined with laser treatment have helped Luna enormously, in both hip areas as well as lumbar spine, which was extremely tender and painful for Luna at times and initially she did not wish to be touched. Hydrotherapy has helped build muscle mass ahead of the operation. We highly recommend Laura. Luna would have not been in such good health and prepared for surgery without her expertise and support. Not only is she a lovely person, extremely knowledge, caring and clear with her explanations, she gets results!! From a hesitant first meeting, Luna races in at speed to see Laura for her sessions. It's really lovely to see. A big thank you Laura!

I would highly recommend Laura. Our labrador has been having physiotherapy and laser therapy with Laura since she had surgery for a torn ligament. Laura is vey professional, and has such a caring and calming manner with our lab who can be very anxious. The treatment plan was explained to us clearly and we are kept updated on our labs progress with notes provided from each session, along with an exercise plan which is very helpful. Laura has been amazing and I'm really happy with our labs progress so far. Thank you Laura.

Toby really enjoys his physio and he’s always been at ease around Laura and her colleagues. He doesn’t love the hydrotherapy part but it is making such a difference to his stamina and is really aiding his recovery. Assessment and analysis of issues was excellent and the subsequent plan was achievable and beneficial. I would highly recommend Laura as her knowledge and expertise have helped Toby so much.

Further to my husband's post last year, I have returned to Laura in 2023 after Mollie's 2 operations on her elbow and her op on her cruciate ligament last year. Laura and her staff have been very kind to Mollie and I am looking forward to Mollie's treatment so that she will be more comfortable in her own fur. Thank you again. Shirley Tyrrell
