Harmony Physiotherapy

After seeing good reviews on google I decided to try harmony physiotherapy. So glad I did, Manisha is an excellent physiotherapist who really cares about the well-being of her patients. After just two sessions and the advise of exercises to do at home, my headaches have gone and the pain and tension in my back and neck is so much better. Very highly recommended.

Manisha is an amazing physiotherapist! She did a real miracle: my wife had been suffering with back pain for several weeks, and nor the GP or any other doctor we had gone to managed to treat her effectively. Manisha, on the other hand, fixed her with acupuncture in a single visit! Not only is Manisha an expert and very knowledgeable but she was also very friendly and she clearly shows that she truly cares about fixing the problem. We strongly recommend her!

Manisha readily diagnosed my upper arm/shoulder injury and used models to show where the damage was and the cause of my pain. Manisha showed me some stretching exercises to do as homework and explained that I would feel as though I’d been punched in the arm for 24hrs after the acupuncture - good to know, as I might’ve thought the treatment had made it worse otherwise. A day or so later and I noticed my arm was clicking less and the dull ache was a bit better. I’ve had two sessions so far, and anticipate perhaps two more. Manisha is a considerate and empathetic consultant - today’s session was challenging for me and she was kind, very observant, and did what she could to ease my discomfort. She’s a lovely person with a good heart. Appointments are kept to time and availability is good. The cost is very reasonable and the studio clean and inviting.

Manisha has been treating a groin injury for me and her service has been top quality. Within 2 sessions I have significantly improved and am back playing sport. Strongly recommend !

Cannot praise Manisha enough. From the moment she begins her assessment of your problem you can see she is highly experienced which is very reassuring. The problem is explained in detail which is very helpful. My experience of the actual treatment was instant relief after 2 weeks of intense pain followed up by a 2nd treatment. Manisha also discusses a plan of aftercare to ensure you are doing the right things to help the healing process. I work in physiotherapy myself but this is first time I've ever needed treatment and i would highly recommended Manisha. Feel like my old self again.

Manisha has been treating my back neck and knee problems for a while now with great results! Shes polite and professional and friendly and very good at what she does explaining what's needed and what's the best way to go about it !! Excellent phyisiotherapist ! Glad we found her !!!! 👍😁
