Fitstuff clinic

I returned to the fitstuff clinic in the summer this year with a calf problem. They sorted out a sciatica problem I had about 5 years ago before the Surrey Half so I was hoping they could work there magic again and they did! I saw Theika this time (Philippa and Ben previously) and after an initial consultation and two or three substantial sessions with new stretches and massages the problem went. I cannot recommend them enough!

I've been seeing Philippa now for a number of years and she's always managed to get me back on the road again. I like the way she treats each symptom/injury holistically and always remembers my history so is like an injury detective! What really stands out, too, is her absolute positivity and love of sport so if you ever lose your running mojo, this is the place to go.

I first went to Philippa's clinic some years ago to sort out a back problem after falling down stairs!

Her hands on approach was amazing and the results were a permanent cure.

A further visit last year to sort out my aching knees has also worked: absolute magic!
