At ctchealthcare I'm currently receiving excellent care. 10 months after having covid still unwell, now suffer with long covid, ctc are helping me get back on track. I'm suffering with fatigue, out of breath, muscle aches ,brain fog and headaches. So far had physio on my shoulders , back and doing breathing excercises. After 2 sessions already feeling a bit better.
Been given an excercise programe to follow.
