Nothing but praise. I had a total knee replacement so needed some pretty intense physio to help my recovery. Estee was brilliant. Very professional, but friendly and caring too. She has a great knack of getting to where the problem is and making it better. Would definitely recommend.

I was referred to PQ by my Insurance company as a first pass for a suspected knee injury while waiting to see a consultant. Estee correctly identified the issue (later diagnosed by MRI) and worked to bring down the swelling, but correctly advised against any exercise until fully diagnosed.

It's now slowly improving with a combination of exercise and physio. The facilities are easy to park at as the consultation office is located within the Spelthorne Leisure Centre Gym. Communication is very good, and gives a much higher level of trust that any actions will be beneficial.

Following a motorcycle accident years ago, I suffered from terrible lower back pains when up and about, resulting in myself being unable to enjoy any long days out. Being at a young age, I was lucky enough to be recommended PhysioQinetics. My first session with Estee was very detailed, we got to understand what is wrong and what the possible causes could be. In total, after 3 sessions, Estee managed to completely rid me of this pain. I have not felt the pain that's been bothering me for almost 2 years once since. I was able to go away on holiday and trek many kilometers without a wince of discomfort. So thank you again Estee for your excellent professionalism, great conversations and helping me sort out my issues. I am truly grateful. I now know who and where to recommend should anyone else be in need of help.

I have visited Estee twice, once for my lower back and then for my upper back problems. She was fantastic - excellent pain treatment on the day and guidance for stretching at home. I managed to address my problems within a few sessions of support and lifestyle changes. Highly recommend Estee.

I have just had my 4th physio appointment with Estee.
