I had a sudden sharp pain in my collar bone and shoulder. I needed to sort the issue out before my competition which was a week later. Eleni was brilliant and identified the problem straight away and was able to restore my range of motion in one session! I was able to compete the following week thanks to her ! Definitely would recommend to all!

I have been several times to Mobillise, for different issues and have had very good treatments.
On this last occasion I was treated by Eleni, who diagnosed my problems straight away, explained why I was having difficulty and then embarked on a course of treatment that has been very positive. It has taken a number of intense treatments to solve the pain I was experiencing but I was feeling better after each session and am now in a position to be able to continue with a monthly visit for massage as a longer term maintenance regime. I am so relieved to be able to have full movement in the areas that previously gave me pain and I am not experiencing any night time pain, which has really improved my sleep as well.

I had spent over £500 on three other physio's before finding Eleni. I found her to be dynamic in the way she treated my discomfort and after three treatments found myself in a much better place. Can't thank you enough, Heidi

Eleni was fantastic. I went from an ankle that played up every time I exercised to no pain at all within 4 sessions. Super knowledgeable and lovely to chat to during our sessions! I had very limited shoulder movement and a lot of pain at some ranges of it, Eleni helped me to undestand what was the problem and greatly improved my mobility after several sessions.
I was always given exercises do do at home which also were helpful with the improvement.

I have been seeing Eleni Kapsali at Moballise to help with my immobility and continual pain due to severe osteoarthritis in both ankles. I can't recommend Eleni highly enough, she is the best physio I have ever been to.
During the time I have been seeing her, my pain is much reduced, my mobility is much better and, when I do have pain I recover much more quickly from it.
Eleni is excellent at explaining what she is doing and why. I feel really hopeful that I may be able to avoid, or at least substantially delay, having the surgery of ankle replacement or fusion which I was originally going to undertake later this year.

I was given really good advice and rehab exercises that were simple to do and follow. Within just a few sessions my frozen shoulder condition had improved enormously and I was able to return to playing squash without any pain. Eleni gave me lots of encouragement and always took time to explain what she was doing and why.

I had surgery for a torn acl and meniscus and was unable to walk without crutches. Eleni helped me to get rid of the crutches and be able to regain full control of my knee way ahead of schedule and I am now able to go about my day to day life without any problems. She is very good at explaining things and is also very polite and kind. I have nothing but positives to say about my experience and would highly recommend Eleni. Thank you once again!
