I have had several different problems over the last few years and Mike has sorted them all out with patience and care. He is very thorough in his quest to relieve your pain and listens very carefully to your symptoms.
All the staff are friendly and helpful and it is a lovely environment. I highly recommend this physio practice and would not hesitate to return.

I received physio from Hannah. She was absolutely fabulous and clearly knows what she's doing. She was gentle, listened really well and reassured me about any concerns that I had. I absolutely recommend Hannah and would come to her again in the future if I needed to.

Had a really good session with Alistair regarding my lower back pain.

Staff were really helpful and considerate and was an ideal location for me.

I visited after receiving a gift card and will happily pay for the services in the future.

100% recommend to anyone with back pain concerns

Excellent and friendly Service.
Went to them with Sciatic nerve & pain problems. Carys thoroughly checked it was not back problems & then manipulated the muscles over a number of sessions and gave me varying stretches and exercises to do daily and the issues has been completely resolved. All done in a relaxed and genuinely friendly manner. I highly recommend Carys and Total Physio.

Highly recommended. Came in with an extremely painful and immobile shoulder which is now as good as new. Things improved (and pain was less!) from the very first session; staff were friendly and the physio clearly knew what she was doing. Thank you :)

The place was a bit grimly, but the physio was good. He gave me an appointment in 2 weeks. When I came, they had stopped trading.

Have had knee problems for nearly a year. Saw Carys. She identified the issues quickly and confidently, and gave me a set of exercises to do at home. These have made a huge difference to my leg strength, and stopped the knee pain. I can now contemplate long mountain walks again. Also, on one occasion I turned up to a session with a minor back injury. Carys worked out where the issue was, and used acupuncture to address it. Problem went away, almost magically. On this basis I am very happy to recommend Carys. She seems to know what she is doing and is effective. She has a good manner too, friendly but professional and brisk.

Went to Total on the 16/04/2021 in complete agony with what i thought was a severe hip injury, after consulting with Carys she observed that in fact it was a back problem. After giving me a thorough massage of the affected area which eased the pain considerably, then gave me advice and demonstrating various movements to aid my rehabilitation. After just a week my movements are more fluid and the pain has subsided. Would highly recommend this practice to anybody.
