I went to see Mark at Cinderhill Physiotherapy with a flare up of my long term back problem. I tend to have a flare up every few months and had seen other therapists with varying results. Mark was very approachable and explained things very clearly, after just one session I was much better and back to normal in just over a week. Mark said that with some simple exercises and a little more treatment my long standing back problem could be improved. I must admit that I was a bit sceptical but a year on I have not had any flare ups and my back is the best it’s been for years. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark at Cinderhill Physiotherapy it certainly did the trick for me.

After a number of years being unable to practice any sports as the result of having spondylolisthesis and associated neurological symptoms, I was recommended to visit Mark.

After a thorough evaluation and a course of physiotherapy sessions plus advice on home exercises, my symptoms have at last ceased. To the extent that I have managed bike rides and swimming with no recurrence. Something other physios and consultants had failed to manage.

I'm very happy to recommend Mark as a good and knowledgeable physiotherapist. His great approach and explanations really helped me to understand my condition and come to terms with a very stressful situation.
