James has specialist knowledge of Physiotherapy and offers a unique service ensuring he educates you on what the issue is rather than just speaking in terms you do not understand. On top of this, he got my issue sorted which is the most important thing.

I’ve been seeing James since April this year, I have suffered with a back problem which has also caused weakness in my right leg. After visiting multiple healthcare professionals over the years I was at a loss until I met James, he diagnosed the root cause and worked with me with to bring strength back into my leg and relieve the tightness in my back, from the beginning he showed great care, empathy and above all treated me as an ‘individual’. If you need a physio, I would massively recommend going to see James, he is one of the best physiotherapists I have ever been treated by. Not only does he clearly explain exactly what is causing you problems; he is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced at offering you precisely what is required to recover as quickly as possible. It was also great that James took the time to learn about the sports I participated in so that he could tailor my rehabilitation programme to get me back to doing what I love. 5 stars.... 100% WOULD RECOMMEND!!!

James was brilliant. He explained what was happening to my thumb and they way he explained it I understood it all. I have been to many physios before but was never explained in depth of what happening and why. Definitely recommend seen James.

After a replacement knee op which went well, recovery was slow and not progressing. Luckily James was suggested to me as a great physio. What a difference he made. Focused specific exercises that really got me back to normal function after months of limping and pain. So lucky to have him fix me up!.

Went to James initially for a sports massage and followed this up with a number of physio appointments as suggested. I’ll add this was not a hard sell or even a sell - just a professional recommendation to further aid recovery and more importantly preventing further issues. The information about MY body that James has given me has been so important for my continued management of my body. There were no cookie cut style exercises or stretches that have been given to me in the past. Each exercise and stretch was given to me to help MY body and the difference this made over previous consultations is amazing. I’ve had every treatment available both through the NHS and privately but nobody has been able to help me in the way James has.

Highly recommend James as a physio. James has given me the tools and exercises to improve my condition. His manner is open, friendly and confident. James communicates on a 1 to 1 level, using his "scribble wall" to explain and direct the treatment needed. He has also helped my Mum and my Husband! Thanks James
