I have used the physiotherapy and acupuncture services of Ms Jenkins for approximately 10 years. I have recurring hip and back problems and in the past 4 years shoulder issues too. Ms Jenkins is in my opinion a first-class hands-on practitioner, always professional and honest in her assessments. I believe they've gone out of business. I rang several times & left voice messages, but Carol never calls back. I've informed AXA to cancel the recommendation as it's distressing & wasting time when you're in pain & no one calls back. 👎☹️
