I was unable to see Mark as he had an appointment but I was seen within half an by Ifan a recently qualified sports therapist who really helped me with my neck/shoulder pain during the first session - highly recommended practice

Had an immediate response, phoned up in the afternoon and had an appointment in10 minutes! Really good.
Felt comfortable during treatment, and began to feel pain free!
Brilliant overall.

Excellent service. Mark is incredibly knowledgeable. Just follow the exercises he gives you and you won't be disappointed.
