Flex Physio provide excellent Physiotherapy to support your recovery. They explain everything really clearly and are easy to understand with clear, structured and bespoke exercise plans to work to. I suffered a severely broken leg and am now back to normal thanks to their support. I thoroughly recommend their services.

Siobhan provided excellent Physio following a knee replacement operation a couple of years ago. With her expertise, support and encouragement I was able to make a good recovery and return to my normal activities of hill walking and sailing in a matter of months. The whole process was carried out with sympathy and understanding of my individual needs although yes, sometimes it hurt! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Flex Physio to anyone looking for post-operative or any other Physio needs.

I booked my Mum in for an assessment when she had low back and buttock pain and Moyra was fantastic. My mum left feeling reassured, in less pain and with really suitable exercises to do. She is now so much better. I’d highly recommend this physio practise to anyone.

After suffering from severe lower back pain, I arranged an appointment with Mrs Barnes at Flex Physio. After 3 visits in one week, my back pain was completely gone. After receiving treatment from Mrs Barnes, they have both made a successful recovery. For ten years I was the Head Coach of a local swimming Club, where I witnessed several swimmers suffering from shoulder injury. I did not hesitate to recommend Flex Physio to them. Not only did the swimmers receive physiotherapy, but were also given specific exercises to help with their recovery. I would highly recommend Flex Physio to anyone who requires physiotherapy. They are an excellent team, offering individuals of all ages, professional help in their rehabilitation from injury.
