Shoulder dislocation/connective tissue damage recovering well after perfect diagnosis and treatment; in my case ultra-sound, followed by various proprioception (body awareness), and theraband exercises. By doing these I have been able to strengthen and rehabilitate the muscle groups which hold the shoulder blade in correct alignment and have avoided complicated surgery.
