I have been visiting Josh for the last year with a particularly troubling shoulder not only he identified the issue Josh managed to improve mobility on both shoulders. From the outset, I knew Josh was a person I could place my trust in. He was always open and honest, managed my expectations and provided expert guidance and a tailored exercise regime. He took me from literally not being able to squat properly to a much more stable squatting position. I am now working with Josh so that I improve mobility all round and achieve the perfect depth when squatting. These improvements will allow me to be much more efficient when working out. I can't thank Josh enough for getting me to where I am now. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Josh is brilliant! His knowledge is fantastic yet he explains everything clearly keeping things as simple as possible. He was able to diagnose the problem extremely quickly and decided the best option going forward. After just 4 weeks of a specific training programme some big results were achieved. Josh is also very approachable and easy to talk to and is someone I would 100% recommend.

Josh has made me re-think what "mobility" means and working with Josh is very different from going for a sports massage. With the sports massage you turn up stiff, somebody works on you to alleviate the stiffness and you go home "fixed". With Josh he assesses your mobility and explains to you where the underlying problems are and provides direction to you for you to work on where over time and with his oversight you "fix yourself". For me this has meant I have not felt the need to have a sports massage recently as following Josh's programme means I no longer experience the tightness in my shoulder, my rib cage moves (Josh will have to explain why this is important) and I finally can do pistol squats!

In a short space of time, Josh’s program dramatically helped with my overall squat movement. The program was easy to run with, and Josh is always quick to give feedback and support. I have also learnt about some of the fundamentals of good movement and body alignment which I take into training with me.

Josh is fantastic, I never thought I would see such benefits in a short space of time. He really has your best interest at heart and is great to work with. Highly recommend, best value for money.

Just had my second wonderful session with Gemma and her magic fingers, pleasantly tender where longstanding knots have been worked and released, Gemma has done for me over 2 double sessions what years of chiropractic adjustments have not, improved my running posture and a result much improved my times. As a CrossFit coach & Personal Trainer I endeavor to prioritise pain feee movement for myself & my clients. Josh’s knowledge in this field is exceptional. His approach to helping clients move better & eliminate pain is first class and his knowledge & expertise are exceptional. Not only has Josh helped me and numerous clients to improve our functional range of movement but he’s also taught me a wealth of knowledge & understanding of my own body. I would highly recommend Josh & Revival Movement if you want to improve your quality of life!

To be given the skills to help you to move in a more functional way to reduce the risk of injury and increase performance is so valuable.

It gives you the power to recognise how to adapt movements to serve you better, and understand why you may be feeling a certain way when doing specific exercises - and then do something about it.

Josh's knowledge base is second to none. His programming is comprehensive and he genuinely cares about how his clients respond to their training.

He has revolutionised training at the gym for me, but also my equine rehabilitation practice - where applying the skills he has given me has helped me to help my clients more effectively.

Would absolutely recommend!
