I went along as I had pain and stiffness in my neck, shoulders and upper back. I saw Hayley, who is very positive and understanding, and has expert knowledge in the best way to treat each problem. She also gave me an easy but very effective exercise to do at home. Having had a number of sessions I feel a lot better now. Thank you, Hayley!

Truly Amazing, If you ever need the services of a dedicated team of physiotherapists you are simply in great hands. I have had two ACL repairs to both Knees and each time Faye was there to help me with reliving the pain and getting movement back into the muscles. I unfortunately need a Knee replacement due to Arthritis which in turn is causing extreme lower back problems.

I'm pleased to say Faye and James see me twice a month to relieve the pain to my knee and my back, both have such great skills and help me to have a better quality of life.

I have been treated over the course of 2018 for a lower back injury (disc tear). The staff here were excellent throughout. Very informative but also friendly and willing/able to tailor the treatment I needed. I am now well again but if I experience further problems in future I would definitely go back to this clinic.

I have been to Faye Pattison Physiotherapy for a few ailments and have found each member of staff to be knowledgeable, professional and competent. I have always been treated with respect and each treatment has worked. I could not praise or recommend Faye and her team highly enough.

Having completed a duathlon late last year (before I was truly ready for it) I developed pain beneath my knee cap. Scans and a consultation with a knee specialist concluded the knee was structurally fine but I could run and trampoline with no pain but walking was agony. How on earth is that possible? So i was referred to physio. The day before visiting the physio I noticed pain just below my knee, even just to touch it. I told the physio (Hayley Foster) and within 2 seconds she knew exactly what the problem was. Strained pes anserinus. 5 sessions of deep tissue massage including 2 sessions of dry needling and I'm back running and walking with no pain and my worst fears have been put to rest for now. I can't recommend Hayley enough, she was punctual, helpful, friendly and above all very capable and knowledgeable about my injury and how to fix it. So any new runners out there if you have knee pain after running definitely book yourself in with Hayley before the damage gets too bad and you'll be back on track before you know it!!! I suffered a very serious shoulder injury in 2018 and was concerned for my future in my sport. Faye was recommended by my shoulder consultant due to her specialist experience with athletes and I can not fault the treatment I have received. I am back to full fitness and strength now because of her expertise. Faye is very knowledgeable and I heavily recommend her to anyone needing a top quality and professional Physiotherapist.

I went to see Faye for a torn ACL in my right knee. I had seen many people regarding the issue and was in so much pain. I could hardly walk or straighten my leg. After just 3 sessions i can say i am able to finally do my day to day tasks and workouts without being in pain. Faye was very informative and professional and has helped me more than she knows! I know i will need ongoing treatment with my particular injury but i feel well looked after and pain free for 90% of my days! Thank you Faye!
