Pratice is good

Admin is terrible. When I got to my appointment the building was shut. Fortunately I hung around and the physio appeared five minutes after my appointment was due. He hadn't told head office it would be closed. When I rang to complain I sat in a phone queue for 15 minutes and was asked to leave a message. I emailed and an hour later they called me back but did not apologise.

After my review above I was contacted by Ann Physiocare and had a positive response to my comments above.

I arranged a second appointment and saw a different physiotherapist. Klejdi was excellent and the admin aroundthe appointment was fine.
