Simply cannot access the business. I trief phoning more than 10 times with no response. At the office no-one at reception - a patient gave me an 0300 number to call and after selecting the option for Worcester, waiting until being told 'couldn't connect to the number'. This is the most important customer touchpoint, and unfortunately here it doesn't exist.
