I went to Rush at R&D around 4 years ago, and any slip up or injury I’ve had since then has been tended to by himself or one of his team. I have total trust in their skills and knowledge.

Rush and the team will push you whilst supporting you to achieve your goals. All staff are friendly and approachable that you can feel relaxed and comfortable around.

R&D Physio have been incredible throughout what was the worst time of my life so far. They have helped me get back on my feet after a very traumatic road side accident. Rush and the team are very knowledgable and sympathetic, and most importantly they don't give up on you! They go literally above and beyond, i would HIGHLY recommend them.

I contacted R&D physio last year as soon as I broke a bone in my knee and tore my Acl in Asia. Rushabh managed to book me an appointment for surgery with a top orthopaedic surgeon as soon as we landed and a lot of strengthening and tough physio sessions later I managed to travel and complete difficult hikes around the world without an ounce of pain even though my acl is still torn! That’s what you get the them, no unnecessary operations or fuss and simple yet focused exercises to get you back to 100%!

Having personally experienced physio from this company ...I would highly recommend them. Not only do they have great clinical knowledge, they are committed to creating a good rapport with you and ensuring that you are treated to a high standard.
