Very strange place, never anyone on reception feels a little uncomfortable

Would avoid booking with Roju unfortunately. Previous physio was ok, but left.

The physiotherapist was good-very informative and really helpful. After completing my sessions, I had a review which had to be rescheduled. The phone receptionist gave me a day which I couldn't do. I told tell her that's not possible since it clashed with another appointment and asked her for another day. She wasn't listening, a little patronising and just not helpful. She kept insisting that that's the only day available. After I insisted that this is not my choice and I couldn't make it on that day. She offered me another day but said I had to still keep the earlier appointment... which I found really unprofessional and confusing.
