Bevan Wilson Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinics

Been recommended to Bevan Wilson by my recently retired physio (after using him for 30+ yrs) and have been very impressed so far by the quality of service from BV. You can sign up online and find next available appts and then book online, so convenient. Yesterday I urgently needed to see my new physio Jack Hill 👍 but there weren’t any appts visible - I guessed same day appts were not available online. So I called BV and Nicky was extremely helpful as she took responsibility of contacting Jack to see if he could fit me in. About an hour later she called to say there was a 6pm appt available so I confirmed I would like it. Few mins later email arrived with confirmation booking. Brilliant. Jack Hill has an excellent bedside manner and quickly identified my problem and focused his treatment right on the spot - despite it being somewhat painful, I am writing this review the next morning in far less discomfort that yesterday. I’m confident I have found my new physio😊👍.

After a nasty fall and shoulder injury, the awesome Jack sorted out my injury. Lovely approach to the recovery and very happy with how it all went. Would highly recommend

Excellent treatment. Knowledgeable physiotherapists. I've attended the Wonersh and Guildford Clinics for shoulder pain and arm pain and would highly recommend their team.

Good, knowledgeable physiotherapists but a bit pricey. I dont mind price for quality. However, in recent experiences with my wife, I found slight more empathy is missing for the customers in the contrary of fees for every session which are unnecessary visits to correct certain aspects of the sole.
Regarding the response from Bevan Wilson reply. My wife Is definitely your genuine customer through Catherine via Nuffield hospital. My wife or I visited atleast 10 times to fix things and all got charged unnecesserily. Please before putting any response, dont disregard people' finding. Due to public comment, I am unabke share my details. However, this is not any robo review.
