Thank you
injured my hip so needed new appointment , explained at time cant walk , pins and needles, not sleeping etc , told by receptionist she had my info , made appoint with sports massage for sat , turned up expected me to walk up flight of stairs , when on crutches . Explained that i always had ground floor, unable to offer . Apologised and offered a Monday appointment at half price @ 12.
The receptionist then called Monday at 10 o'clock to say the sports massage therapist felt she couldn't help me , when I asked if anyone else could see me , stated no one can help you because management stated we cant help you . Asked for clarification as clearly they're meant to be a therapist centre with different therapists . I find it difficult to believe they cannot help someone who's got an injury, is that not what the centre is for . My belief is that they just simply didn't wanna commit to the therapy at half price of what they offered .
The fact they could not have the decent to say before arranging appointment of trying to force someone with a support dog and crutches to attempt to go up stairs .
The Sports therapist questioned is he coming with you , his a support dog .. this is new.? She stated .
Am struggling to understand why this centre feels the need to be so unprofessional and unhelpful to clients , clearly its about money & ensuring clients are left in unnecessary pain because your staff members who are meant to be trained decide after i have already rearranged a appointment your team failed to allocate correctly i should not be told at that time when receptionist spoke to Aleksandra Regarding my appointment.
Reply to respond, well the fact you have failed to have the decency to explain says it all . Clearly evident that it’s a money making issue but no one asked for half price it was offered due to the error in booking a upstairs room . Clearly think it’s appropriate to leave clients in pain unnecessarily because of your inability to communicate. Therapy should be based on people you care about also and not just about errors you fail to ever own up to !
I have seen José on a few occasions for Acupuncture and the experience was a catalyst for deep healing and new beginnings.
Mike the Chiropractor did an amazing job when I went to see him. I was stressed and anxious which led to extreme pain in my upper back between my shoulder blades. After the treatments I felt energised and pain free.
I came to see Kerri the podiatrist thinking I had a nail infection. Kerri was very thorough and knowledgeable in her investigation and advised me that I didn’t have an infection but flat feet/fallen arches which is causing my shoes to rub against my toes.
I recommend the biomechanical assessment with foot scan as the results helped me to correct the way I walk, putting less pressure on the rest of my body.
The centre is very clean, and although parking is limited Morrisons is only a few minutes walk away and you can park in there for up to 3hrs for free.
I highly recommend visiting the centre for treatments.
