Agile Therapy

I cannot recommend Agile highly enough. Gary Dickinson is absolutely splendid for sports massage, and is definitely one of the best in Cardiff. When I had a more persistent problem with my knee, Jonny Harper was just marvellous and had it fixed after just a few sessions of physio-therapy.

I cannot recommend the team at Agile Therapy enough, especially Jonny Harper. I have been working with Agile for nearly a year following ACL/meniscal (knee) reconstruction. The care and advice Jonny has provided has been exceptional, and I would recommend him to anyone. His knowledge of ACL injuries/research is second-to-none, and I owe my successful rehabilitation to his efforts and expertise.

I recently had a treatment with Johnny Harper physiotherapist for my lower back and compressed nerve pain in leg. I was unable to walk with pain when I saw Johnny but in 5 sessions all pain was gone. The clinic and staff so professionall and Johnny brilliant physiotherapist. I would definitely recommend.

The physiotherapist I was seen by was amazing. He was friendly and professional and took the time to understand my problem and give appropriate and attainable exercises and goals. My knee has already improved, thank you.

David is friendly, knowledgable and skilled. The appointment was relaxed, the assessment was thorough. I felt un-rushed and listened to throughout. David explained his diagnosis and my treatment options with clarity and simplicity. I am a happy customer. I recommend his service.

Had pulled a muscle in my back whilst out with the dog and was in a great deal of pain. Called up and managed to get me booked in, in 30 minutes. Receptionist was amazing. Back was sorted with an hour sports massage. Fantastic job from everyone there. Highly recommend.
