I have used Gallery 105 several times. I am a return customer because the results are always excellent. There are two advantages to G105: There is a vast range of materials to choose from and Jean has good taste and a lot of experience in creating just the right framing for any picture. Trust Jean's judgement and you won't be disappointed. Thoroughly recommended.

Called this place, this woman picked up the phone, and I wanted to know her prices for non-glare glass. She started 'this is not a market' 'if I'm interested in prices go to a market stall' etc in a very rude way. I explained we live in Hatfield not next door, and once they have a phone number displayed I have every right to call a business and ask questions regarding prices too. Well we decided to go there anyway and spend on art glass for two frames, but by mistake we ended up in another place Marks and Tilt, which I can highly recommend. So I ended up spending my good earnt money there. How funny the universe is. I hope this rude woman gets out business very soon, as this was one of my worst exoerience regarding customer service. On top of that we spent one hour in town, and I heard from others how rude she is. Today her attitude cost her at least £150. Well done. PEOPLE DON'T GO THERE! Update: I told the true story. People can see from other reviews how your personality is. So all people highlighting how rude you are are not telling the truth? And you even lie :D perfect. Now f off.

Ordered a frame online that was incorrect size, Jean was incredibly helpful and said she’d be able to cut frame down to size fit new glass and border. Very professional and helpful. Would highly recommend

It’s a pleasure working with Jean on a framing project. She has a great eye and can immediately present you with the best options for mounting and framing a print. Will be back again soon.

Gallery 105 is the only picture framer I use. I've been going there for years and years and always get a fantastic result. Jean is brilliant and takes time and care to ensure the mount and frame work with the artwork or picture being framed; it's a real voyage of discovery each time. Absolutely brilliant and highly recommend for all your framing needs.

Found the women on the phone quite rude. I have decided not to use them. Seems a few others on here have had a similar experience. A pity, as I spoke to another member of staff earlier in the week and he was very polite but unfortunately couldn't answer all of my questions that day.
