The experience of dealing with The Framing Room was exceptional. Their customer service is second to none and it has been a long time since I have received this level of service. My exisiting framer of 15 years was unable to meet my deadline, which is why I spoke to Jacob at The Framing Room. We had a large poster that was damaged and torn along the edges. The framing room did an amazing job at fixing the poster and then mounted it in a lovely big frame. Now it looks better than ever and really makes the room where it now hangs. Thanks so much.

Jacob did such a beautiful job - he gave thoughtful guidance about what kind of wood, finish and mount would work well and, when I saw the finished product, I was blown away by the craftsmanship of the frame. It complemented the painting so well! The Framing Room is really special - the customer service is brilliant, and the frames are stunning. I'd highly recommend it to anyone.
