We found this oasis of calm and beauty by chance when visiting the area. Lovely people and great art work. My purchase was posted to me, arrived very quickly, at a very low cost, securely wrapped and ready to hang on the wall. You can look them up on their website.

I had tens of prints and paintings framed at the Rowley Gallery and I was always absolutely delighted with the outcome and the suggestions given for the most suitable frame and mount.
Yesterday I collected a set of four postcards depicting my cottage through the years and ... they managed to do exactly what I had in mind with a tasteful and sober framing. I could not be happier
If you are looking for a professional frame maker this is definitely the place to go

I recently had some prints framed at the Rowley Gallery. Whilst I paid in total for all the work without hesitation - I questioned the frame of one key print, which was quite different from the one that was originally shown to me. Now I accept that wood varies, but this was significantly different, so much so that it distracted from the print itself and your eye was drawn to the frame, not the print. So, I recognised the problem and partly accepted it was a risk that I took, and I asked one of owners to change it for me and that I was willing to pay a differential. I was offered a 10% discount on a new frame worth hundreds of pounds. Given that I spend over £1300 already, I suggested that he could do a little better. No - just a cold stare - he did not give a monkeys about his customers, so long as he got paid. I have now taken the print to be reframed elsewhere. When I did select another frame he suggested that it was something akin to IKEA - charming, from his own shop. Any reasonable person would have tried to work something out - not this lot - so be very careful and I would try somewhere else.

We had three pictures framed, we were told they would take 6 weeks, they took three months with no outward communication. Upon collection we attempted to discuss the matter and were left feel even more disillusioned with the service.
