John at the Picture Frame Workshop made for me a beautiful matching pair of medal frames to display my late wife's nursing qualification certificates and hospital medals. He gave me excellent advice and his service was exemplary.

Spend in the local community is the latest insensitive so I decided too , unfortunately having visited the The Picture Frame Shop in Wareham for some aluminium frames I was greeted with someone who clearly didn't want my business which I found disappointing 😑 and down right rude.

Before leaving I mentioned a company in Upper Parkstone who I later visited.I couldn't believe
the difference in customer service and the genuine interest in my requirements.

I came away a very happy man having given the Company nearly one thousand pounds worth of Business.
