Order a framed picture back in may as a birthday present from my husband to be picked up 2 weeks later on bank holiday weekend. Arrived at the shop to find it hadn't been done, we were promised he would personally deliver it the end of the next week. A week later no picture and no phone call. When we contacted him he said he might be able to pick it up the next week, at this point we asked for a refund and we are STILL waiting. Thanks for a ruined birthday present will tell everyone to avoid this place.

Lovely pictures of Tenby and wide selection of frames, however after sales care leaves a lot to be desired. Selected two pictures and frames and was told they would be ready for collection the following Thursday or Friday . I was promised a phone call to tell me when they were ready. I arranged a handyman to hang the pictures based on that promise. Waited and waited for the phone call and assumed there had been a problem with the framing. When I eventually called to check some 5 days later, I was told they were ready and he had forgotten to call - I had slipped through the system. What’s most galling is he wasn’t particularly apologetic.

So I strongly suggest you pay half on the order and the rest on collection - that might help his memory.

Very sad. I purchased a print to celebrate my 30th Birthday. I have such a fond memory of Tenby since childhood and I’ve always wanted a picture in my home.
I was told the frame I wanted in my selected colour wasn’t available and that it could be delivered free of charge to my door within the next week (6/7 days).

A week went by and nothing so I called, and I called and I called. Nothing. I tried to
Reach by voicemail and nothing. Tried again. Nothing. I then looked at the reviews and found this was somewhat a very similar story. Having prepaid for it it just filled me with fear. I hope that this doesn’t happen to anyone else as I am so upset.
It was a lovely shop, with fantastic pictures and I feel saddened and hurt that this could happen in such a wonderful place .

Avoid like the plague!
Ordered a mounted and framed print in July., based on an item on display in shop. Paid up front. Promised delivery within 1 week. Item eventually (after prompting) arrived after 1 month. Glass smashed and print torn/ruined. Supposed print was not mounted but was a scan/photocopy of a mounted print! Senders' Courier excluded broken glass in small print. Sender did not have insurance. Promised a replacement. Not heard a dicky bird since.

I've always had nothing but great service here. I bring my art from home with me in holiday to be framed because the service is so great and prices reasonable. The frame selection is good and the assistance in selection is wonderful. Unfortunately some peoples reviews seem to forget that unforeseen delays can happen with a small independent service. I love this place and will continue to use it.
