Absolutely amazing service was provided to me by these framers. I wanted to frame a piece of artwork very last minute and they were able to to fit me in and get the painting framed all in time for me to post off in time for Christmas. The staff were extremely professional and polite. The framing was done very well and to a high standard. I will be using them in the future and very much recommend their services.

Very impressed. Have used another framers in Cardiff for years (I won't say who as I've never been unhappy with their service, so don't want any implied negativity!), but this one is local so i thought I'd try them out. They were spot on with their advice on what frames to use and the quality of the job was outstanding. Super fast to boot. The price was as expected for bespoke framing. Will definitely go there again.

We had two very large oil paintings re-stretched and one framed by Saltmarshe and can't fault them in anyway.
Chris couldn't have been more helpful. The service was friendly, timely and reasonably priced and all completed to a very high standard.

I have continued to use Saltmarshe for some sensitive and precious family items in the last couple of years and each time the service and quality has been fantastic. I fully appreciate the help and advice that has been gained by Sonia's experience which has been invaluable. Very helpful service particularly as we didn’t know what frame would suit our poster. The price was also less than we anticipated. Framing took only a few days (although they quote 10 days). Our poster looks perfect. Highly recommend.

Amazing. I sought advice for a new frame for a poster. I went with one of the suggestions. Another thing I wanted was the only old photo, 1952, I had of my mother, it was faded and creased to be digitally restored. Now my grandchildren will know her as she was at 21.

I came here to discuss a print and mount options of my photographs for my Etsy store. I received some very useful information, but the reception I got from Sonia was not very welcoming. I sent a photograph via email to be printed and got immediate response from Chris who gave wonderful suggestion on how the picture would be with the mount of my choosing. When collecting the picture later in the day, I got the same cold and unfriendly reaction from Sonia to the questions I had regarding printining, mounting and framing of the pictures. Later in the week my girlfriend went to the store to pick up a frame for the image printed and mounted by Saltmarashe, and she reached the shop at 5.12. To quote my partner “Sonia looked her dead in the eyes and pulled the shutter down and then walked off and did not even acknowledge her”. My partner returned the next day to buy the frame, as this was the only place that had the size available within the time frame of our requirement. I always try to support the local traders but given this company’s terrible customer service, you will be better of ordering the prints online for a cheaper price. I can not fault the quality of the work they have given, only on the level of customer service.
