I’ve been having 1-1 sessions with Priya for the best part of a year and really feel the benefit of it. I’m a complete novice with regard to Pilates so really appreciate Priya’s input.
During this year Priya has become a firm friend and we joke that on a weekly basis she tries to kill me with ever complex exercises. A busy schedule is also catered for which is vital for me.
Highly recommended.

I am very new to this exercise- and a slow learner that I have at my choice been having 1:1 sessions with Priya to address some issues that I have with my core- I cannot praise her enough for her patience and understanding.
Priya is a fantastic teacher of Pilates- and tailors the sessions according to the client’s ability and needs. The classes are great value- and I don’t feel stupid or awkward as it’s only me in the class- much better than a group session!

Been attending classes since starting antenatal classes in 2013, which was the first time I’d tried Pilates. All the different classes I’ve attended over the years have been great, always excellent teachers. I’ve attended on zoom since the start of the pandemic, which has worked well - the studio setup means we can be seen so we can be told when we need to correct something or be encouraged when we are doing something well, and can see the moves being demonstrated clearly. Mixed ability classes are great as there are different options given so I can pick the correct level depending on how challenging the move is and how my body is feeling that day.

Initially attended a 1:1 postnatal session for diastasis recti and found Priya's advice really helpful! Would recommend Priya as she's absolutely lovely, very knowledgeable and put me at ease as i was nervous how to tackle exercise to improve the gap, without making it worse. I subsequently joined her postnatal pilates group and have thoroughly enjoyed the weekly face to face classes in Priya's studio and am thrilled to have reduced my 4cm gap to 1cm whilst enjoying her guidance and support to exercise safely and achieve my goal. The online class options and Facebook groups for catch ups are really handy too. Thanks Priya

Priya is amazing at masage! if you want a tough masage that actually works into those painful areas of neck shoulder and back this is where to come!

Before going for a C-section scar tissue massage with Priya I had no idea what to expect. Suffice to say I was really pleased with the consultation and how the massage helped to alleviate post-natal pains I'd been having in my hips and legs. The knots that had formed in the scar tissue were the cause of lack of mobility and unnecessary pain - amazing! Priya also took me through some exercises to help strengthen the pelvic floor which were extremely useful and she helped to correct posture too! Really happy with the whole experience.

I started Pilates with Priya when I was pregnant, her classes gave me strength and confidence. Priya's expert knowledge and relaxed manner made classes really fun and I always looked forward to (even when heavily pregnant!)
I have continued my Pilates journey with Priya post baby and really felt the benefits to my overall strength and flexibility, as well as having a bit of me time which with a little one I have found so important.

I can't recommend this enough to all post partum ladies! Priya helped fix my broken post baby body and it didn't even feel like a chore.

Priya is passionate about the pelvic floor and restoring core strength to regain function and ability to live well. This results in well structured classes where exercises develop as you do. explanations and demonstrations are clear and easy to follow even on zoom. The whole session has a great sense of balance - you get a whole body work out and over time work through specific areas more intensely.
I was impressed by her ability to make me feel like I was in the room with her despite being on zoom and got helpful and insightful feedback.

As I say - I can't recommend her highly enough, and my body doesn't want to imagine a future not doing pilates.
