An amazing experience with Vanessa, very knowledgable and capable of making adaptions suitable for me. I felt the effects of this great class for several days so it is definitely working even from my first session, looking forward to my next session already! Highly recommended.

I Absolutely love this place. Carlo is the most incredible teacher and it’s a lovely studio. Great equipment and proper pilates taught. If I do my weekly sessions my body feels good. Very highly recommend.
