I’ve been going to postnatal Pilates classes with Carrie for four months and they are absolutely brilliant. They have really helped me to regain some core and pelvic floor strength after giving birth. Carrie is a great teacher. She gives everyone individual attention, she plans classes that give you lots of energy and are different each week and she is great with the babies! I would highly recommend these classes - everyone is really friendly and you can go at your own pace depending how your body feels. Thank you Carrie!

I’ve done Pilates with Carrie for several months now in her post natal class. I really love it and look forward to it every week. I was a total beginner, but Carrie is a great teacher, and I can defiantly see and feel an improvement! It’s a very relaxed atmosphere and Carrie is great with the little ones if they need a bit of attention!

Carrie’s post natal Pilates classes are brilliant, I would highly recommend them. I love how the exercises are tailored to supporting the recovery of your body postpartum. Carrie is so great with all the babies!

My hip has been getting gradually stiffer for a couple of years, only being in my early 40s I sought some advice and was recommended Pilates. I joined Carries group a few months ago and have really noticed the difference. I wanted to leave a positive review in case anyone else was thinking of giving the class a go.

I began classes with Carrie after having my first baby. Having never done Pilates before I was apprehensive and a bit dubious that I would feel like I’d done anything. But, after the first class I was a total convert.
It took a couple of sessions to get my head around the cues, but Carrie is empowering and makes the exercises accessible for an individuals ability.
Her classes are varied and never boring. Some weeks will be restorative, others I will break a sweat, but I always feel fantastic afterwards. I’m convinced she’s the reason I bounced back so quickly after my 1st baby.
3 years later and after my second baby I’m still loving Carrie’s classes and would absolutely recommend attending. You’ll never look back!

I am practising Pilates with Carrie, I am a person who has worked full time in a profession where I sat the majority of every day, Pilates has allowed me to use and find confidence in all parts of my body with many areas that I felt I was not able to use becoming so improved!
I find that regaining improving balance and strength is a feeling of capturing a more youthful Caroline that I am immensely enjoying and did not realise was possible.
Carrie always explains the purpose and keeps updated on new techniques within the session and how they should/ can benefit you.
Carrie’s approach ensures the sessions are always fresh along with continuing to practise essential Pilates moves.

Carrie is an excellent teacher who always holds interesting classes and has impressive background knowledge to back up her teaching.

I started doing Pilates on the advice of an osteopath following a slipped disc. At first I was doing it because I felt I had to, but now after a few months of Barefoot4life I'm definitely doing it because I want to. Carrie's a really good instructor, her classes are fun, varied and challenging, and I always feel better afterwards. I'd never done Pilates before, but I feel like it's something I'll always do now. It helps me feel stronger and more agile, and more attuned to my body. Hopefully bad backs and slipped discs are a thing of the past for me now. God I hope so…
