My back and core is much stronger and my overall tone and strength is much improved since attending Jenny's Pilates class in Colney Heath, plus no matter how tired I feel on the night I always feel invigorated by the end of the session. Jenny is a great teacher very good at planning the exercise moves around peoples specific needs.
