I had a pregnancy massage a few days ago and it was bliss. Tina worked on one side at a time by letting me lie on my side with a pillow between my legs and she did her magic. Once both sides were done I was super relaxed. Tina is professional, caring and friendly. Totally recommend.

I had an amazing massage with Tina yesterday. I have been suffering with a painful left shoulder and she could feel all my knots and problems just by feeling my back and arm. She pointed out problems I was facing and worked through the issues in my muscles expertly. I would recommend anyone suffering with any issues to get a massage with her. I am booking in for a regular massage with her to keep me in shape

I had an amazing post natal massage with Tina, and it was so so much more than a massage, it incorporated physio, adjustments, diastasis checks, Rib and hip alignment and so much more. Tina is so thorough and is the most knowledgable person I have met with regards to women’s health and post natal bodies! She is so personable yet professional and makes you feel so comfortable. I came away so energised less bent over from carrying my heavy baby! Thanks Tina!

I have been to Pilates classes with Tina. These were thorough and built up real strength. She is knowledgeable and down to earth.
During the pandemic Tina has shown amazing generosity in running small free workshops which are very relevant to people working from home.
